Auckland Hiring IT is a job expo like no other. This one day event provides the opportunity for prospective IT job hunters to meet employers seeking to employ skilled IT professionals.

Venue:  Sky City Convention Centre
Date:  Thursday, 26 June 2008
Time:  10am – 4pm

Event Programme:

The programme will include Employment Seminars and Employer interviews running concurrently through the day.

Seminars:

Employers and support services will deliver a series of sessions about:

* Current employment opportunities
* Role specifications and what employers are looking for in candidates
* The nature of the employment environment and workplace culture
*  Helpful tips for accessing work opportunities with NZ IT companies
* Settlement planning and services

Interviews:

Interviews will be arranged at the discretion of the employers. All registrants make themselves available for employers to contact them by registering at the registration tab above Employers may nominate candidates they meet at the seminars.
